Refund policy

Returns can be hard on a small brand, so we encourage you to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

That said, we want you to have something you truly love, and we’re glad to accept returns when needed.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request and mail back an eligible return. To qualify, the return package must be scanned by the return carrier within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

Return shipping is free. However, please note that we charge a 2% restocking fee on all accepted returns to cover non-shipping return costs, such as package insurance.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, free of odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Initiating a return
To start a return, please submit a return request through your order history within your customer account, or email us at hello@floraprisma.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method (minus the restocking fee) within 10 business days. Expedited shipping is not a refundable charge. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
